TRAINING Improvment for barista
The training for the group of the baristas can be done in two ways:
6 days with 2 hours a day lesson OR 2 days with 6 hours a day lesson
Upon completion of the training, our teacher will carry out several tests to consolidate the acquired skills.
The training consists of the following topics:
1. The rules of perfect espresso
2. Working with milk, Latte Art basics
3. Alternative coffee brewing methods
4. Rationalization of work
5. Safety Precautions
6. Practice
1. The rules of perfect espresso
In the first class, we'll learn how to make espresso: grinding, dosing and tamping correctly. The rules of assess the quality of the drink visually. How to reach perfection?



2. Working with milk, Latte Art basics
We will teach you how to make milk foam. Will understand which types of milk foam should be used in different coffee recipes.
We'll start with classic drinks and, later, more complex recipes will be elaborated.



3. Alternative preparation methods
If necessary, we will teach you how to prepare coffee in alternative ways: french-press, aeropress, hario, chemex, siphon, filter coffee maker.



4. Rationalization of work
In this lesson, we'll teach you how to organize your workspace. A clear procedure will be worked out to optimize the work, for example how to make several coffee drinks at the same time and not let them get cold.



5. Safety Precautions
During the training, the main precautions for the safe handling of the equipment will be explained. Your staff will learn the "equipment closing" procedure: cleaning the espresso machine groups, holders, coffee grinder funnel, etc.



6. Practice
Several practical exercises will be held to consolidate the skills of the team.
We must be sure that new knowledge is applied in practice.
