We offer a wide range of refrigerated blast chillers, cabinets, counters and bases capable of precisely controlling the temperature, guaranteeing professionals the correct storage of food and the perfect management of the processing phases for the optimal performance of flavors and textures of semi-finished products and impeccable final dishes.

-40°C / +80°C

The blast chiller can manage operating cycles from -40°C to +80°C, ensuring ideal temperatures and ventilation for each function: you can cook, blast chill or freeze, and then regenerate only when you need it. In this way, the foods retain their organoleptic properties and nutritional value.

The main operating modes of the touch blast chiller are as follows:

REFRIGERATED CABINETS 700

The refrigerated cabinets are equipped with a Class 5 monoblock refrigeration unit that is tropicalized and easily removable from the body. The structure is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and the high pressure injected polyurethane insulation thickness is 75 mm. The working environment can reach a temperature of +43 °C and 40% of relative humidity.

The digital control panel allows the precise adjustment of the operating temperature.

Cabinets, tables and refrigerated bases use R290 natural gas, which guarantees higher energy-efficiency than traditional refrigerant gases. Our A-rated models ensure energy savings of up to 80% compared to similar appliances with a lower energy-efficiency rating. This provides immediate economic benefits and there is an extremely reduced environmental impact.
